Dylan starts secondary school

Dylan started secondary school this morning. I can't believe he's started this new journey in his life. He's st the start of a new journey now and I hope he enjoys e dry minute of the new opportunities presented to him. We are very proud of him and serve excited to see what he will achieve!

We had our back to school haircuts today! Of course Dylan wouldn't allow his photo to be taken! All set for another year!

Walking in the sand dunes

Today we walked the sand dunes with Sophie, we had a great time. The kids loved walking with us! Love lazy weekends!

Daytrip to Tayto park

We took the kids away for the weekend, we visited Tayto Park. We haven't been to the new theme park since it opened. We stayed in the beautiful Castleknock hotel. We had a really lovely mini break away, since we are going on holidays in October we decided to take day trips instead this summer and it's been lovely! It's been working as Dylan prefers it than going away on a full week these days!

Friends Visiting

Our friends came down for the night yesterday and we had a very chilled out time!

we went to the beach to relax and let the kids have a dip, then we went out to dinner and when we got home we watched a movie! It was a really nice day and evening and it's always great to catch up with Friends!

Anniversary date night

Tonight we went out to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we went to see Jason Byrne Live the comedian, we never even ended up with a photo together...... 11 years married and we forget the simple things like a photo together lol!

we had a really lovely night tonight! I can't believe we are married 11 years already. Time flies by, and we have achieved so much together, we are a team and we couldn't be happier than we are right now!

Camping in Nore Valley

this weekend we went camping in Nore Valley with our friends. We had a fabulous time and the weather was absolutely gorgeous!!

We recently got a really big tent and we are hoping to camp loads over the summer and next year too, which is why we invested in such a great tent!

There are really great facilities in Nore Valley, and they even have a petting zoo on site. even Sophie had a great time with her little friends!

we had a barbeque and we also got to go on a really beautiful walk to a fairy village with beautiful fairy fairy.

 I'd definitely recommend it here for a family trip, we loved it!
