Mother's Day 2014

On Sunday I spent the most lovely Mother's day! I was showered with beautiful hand made cards and some goodies. I am so thankful to be mummy to my two precious children, to honour Mother's day I wanted to look at some of my favourite moments over the last few years! I was so touched by the thought and effort that went into my special gifts. I am so lucky to be their mum!

And I want to wish my own Mum a very Happy Mother's day, she is an amazing Grandmother, mother and friend, and I am so proud to call her my mum - she is a sweet, gentle, kind an loving woman...

Trip to Kiliney Hill

Last weekend we took the kids and our au pair to Killiney hill for a walk, we love this walk 

and the amazing views! The kids loved running around and looking at the sea!

Randomness

I had so many  random cute photos on my phone I wanted to collate them so I wouldn't forget all these little things!

Lauren went to her little pals birthday party where they made beautiful teddy bears and played! She had a great time!

We went for a walk in Bray after school one day...

Dylan took part  in his school hurling league, and he won a medal! We are so proud of him!

On pancake Tuesday we made lovely pancakes!

I took part in the facebook craze, no make up selfie.. basically you have a make-up free face and you take your photo put it on facebook and you donate money to charity.... It's raised over €700,000 for the Irish Cancer Society

Other than that we've just been having some chilled out days round here!

St Patrick's Day 2014

This year we went to our local parade, the kids really enjoyed it...afterwards we had chips and ice-cream. We were just a short walk home, when we got in we all made cup cakes and relaxed on our long weekend..... the best weekends happen when we are all together and happy!

Our most recent lost tooth

Dylan lost another molar! I think these are the last teeth to go! he has grown so very fast!

The tooth fairy made a visit, she also left a few coins for Lauren when she checked to see if Lauren is brushing her teeth!

There were some happy smiles here when we saw that we had had another visit!

Our new au pair

Our new au pair  arrived recently from Italy! so far she has settled in great and is a wonderful addition to our family!

We took her out for dinner on her second night to have dinner, and this weekend we all went to our favourite ice-cream parlour in Dunlaoighaire. The kids had an amazing time running around in the fresh air. Our au pair loved the sea views!
