Grandad's 70th Birthday

This weekend we celebrated Derek's dad's 70th birthday. We went to Dublin for the evening and stayed overnight. We went to dinner to a lovely restaurant, we really enjoyed the meal, abd we really enjoyed celebrating with him!

Captain Dylan

This weekend Dylan was the captain of his team! He played s grest match and really enjoyed himself. The match ended in a draw, but he was happy as he scored a goal and set up the other goal. We were proud or him!

Halloween Decor 2017

We are a little early with our Halloween Decor this year! But Lauren was so excited to get everything out! It was just the two of us decorating this year (teenagers are great!)

Lauren and mom had plenty of fun doing the decorations though, we went for a haunted house look!

We have some pumpkins ready to be carved and put on the doorstep on Halloween night, so we're looking forward to doing that soonI!

So Halloween 2017 is underway! Yay!

Big gig!

I was so happy to be asked to run a wellness day for a huge company in Dublin! My business is doing well, I'm so happy and grateful! I asked my sister-in-law to work the event with me as she's also a therapist. I stayed over in her house the night before!

My 35th Birthday Celebrations

My 35th birthday was so much fun and I was spoilt rotten! With quality time from friends and family. I am so incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people around me!

Emma came over from the UK and we all went for dinner and out for the night, it was Fab!

The weekend of my birthday my friend Aoife took me to Afternoon tea in a vintage Tea Room, oh it was heaven.... amazing!

Look at the vintage cutlery and ornaments and decanter..... it was so beautiful there.

Then when I got home Derek took me away for the to the Ferrycarrig Hotel in Wexford while my parents watched the kids for the night! The food was amazing and I feel so recharged!

This being 35 isn't really so bad! 

Indeed like the luckiest girl in the world!

All Ireland finals 2017

Today we went to support our county in the all Ireland finals. It has been decades since Waterfird so. We were truly hopeful that we would win. Waterford were ferocious, they fought for their county, but ultimately it was Galway who won, but just barely.  It was a phenomenal game.

We had decorated the house during the week with our flags and bunting!

The crowd was huge, I've never been part of a defeaning crowd before, but when Waterford got a goal, it was defeaning!

It was an amazing day, we didn't win but we have never been prouder of our team for getting this far!

Lauren is back to school

Today was Lauren's first day in third class! Well that just flew by! She's grown so much over the summer! I can't wait to see how much she learns and thrives this year in school. 

This is the first year that Lauren will be in primary school on her own, but she doesn't mind at all! She's made lots of new friends and she's settled in nicely!
