In 2009 we received our second gift... a 7lb 9oz baby girl, born at 7.58 a.m. Lauren Marie, named for her great- grandmother who knew she would come, but never got to meet her. Her daddy was the first to spend time with her, taking her picture, getting to know her. We were in love straight away. We can't believe we have a daughter!...

Her big brother had waited so long to meet her. That day was so special to us all. To see his face when he saw her. To see how protective he was of her. We could see that special bond begin to form right before our eyes
She grows so quickly...
We held her christening...
She learns to smile..
And sit up all by herself...
She has her first halloween, christmas and Easter...
And she turns one...
Then when is fifteen months old, she takes her first steps surrounded by her family!

She loves her big brother, and he just adores her. We are so lucky to be blessed with such a beautiful little girl. We are enjoying watching her grow. Her great-grandmother would have loved her.
